I’m finally getting to posting our photos from our honeymoon to Australia this past Christmas.  Our first leg was our stop over in LA.  With only a few hours to spare we hopped in our car and zipped off to our first stop – the In-n-out burger.  The – best – burgers – ever,”animal style” of course!  This basically set the tone for one of the major themes of our trip – food!  After hitting up Santa Monica we spent a little time window shopping in Beverly Hills.  Then it was back to the airport (after a near miss on the crazy LA freeways) for some major airport surfing.  Luckily we had an issue of WIRED and many on board movies to choose from.  It was a great start to our vacation! Meet Michelle and Jimmy!  After our honeymoon and much needed vacation we started off the year’s first engagement shoot with a bang.  We got great spring weather which was unusual for Jimmy and Michelle who claim that warm weather usually seems to avoid them!  Let’s hope this is the beginning of a great trend!  We spent this Saturday afternoon hiking around the Mill Creek Ravine and were able to get some great shots of Jimmy and Michelle.  As you can see they are a very laid back, fun-loving couple which made a great day, even more fun.  We’re really looking forward to the wedding this summer!

Say hello to Jennifer and AJ.  We were totally pumped to do their engagement shoot in Banff this past summer.  They totally got into it and even rented a Corvette to drive around the mountains.  We definitely packed in some amazing locations all in one action-packed day.We got some great shots and had a blast hopping from the Banff Springs Hotel to Lake Louise and various places in between.  We can’t wait to shoot their wedding this summer!  To view more of these photos, check out our main website.

Meet Hope and Michel.  One of my favourite weddings from the past couple of years.  After a perfect ceremony the day soon turned into a quite a party.  From being chased out of a liquor store to wandering and driving the streets of downtown and outer Edmonton looking for great shots, this day never let up… and neither did the wedding party.  Not to be outdone, the bride and groom’s families stepped it up a notch at the reception.  It was definitely a party from start to finish.  Even more fun was that I shot this wedding with Sharon Litchfield Photography and the wedding was coordinated by GetWed.  To view more photos check out our main website.

Everyone meet  Chloe. Her mom Jen wanted some nice Christmas portraits done as gifts for her  family.   Quite the handful at first, all Chloe needed was to ditch her brand new Christmas dress and grab her favourite blankie and she was good to go!  Who was I to argue?  To see more photos from this session visit our main website.
