About Ferdinand

I've loved photography for as long as I can remember. I started out painting and sketching landscapes and portraits at an early age. This greatly influenced how I see the world today. A love for drawing sceneries quickly evolved into framing and composing them in a viewfinder. My photographic style blends my appreciation for the aesthetics of natural and urban landscapes and combines it with a photojournalistic style intent on capturing the moment. After all, memories and emotions are that much more meaningful when they are coupled with a special place and time. It has been ten years since I first seriously picked up a camera for the first time. Each time I pick up my camera I find something new I have to try.
